Calumet Bulldogs are Tip Off Tournament Champions!

The Calumet Middle School 7^th and 8^th Grade Boys Basketball Teams are continuing to have unbelievably awesome seasons!  This past weekend both teams competed in the 2^nd Annual Richards High School Tip-Off Junior High Basketball Tournament.  There were teams from all over the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs.  With outstanding team play, the 8^th grade team went through the tournament with a record of 6 wins and 0 losses earning them the title of 8^th Grade Tournament Champions. 

The 7^th grade team also went through the tournament undefeated with a record 4 wins and 0 losses.  The 7^th Grade also went on to earn the tile of 7^th Grade Junior High Tournament Champions.

Coach Marinello, Coach Owens, and Coach Corley all praised the young men for their hard work and focus throughout the two days of tournament play.

 

This puts the 8^th Grade Boys Team at an overall record of 13-0 and the 7^th Grade Boys at 9-2!!
